Lloris vs Finland

It was a MOTM game for France’s #1 and …

The game, Finland v France ended in favor of France in a 1-0 win, but the team on a whole could have done more. Lloris had a great match although at times he was barely tested. But when he was, he was quick as lightening to mop up dangerous passes in his area and at one moment, he was in action doing some defending work and going one on one with a Finnish player. Towards the end he made a great reaction save – which had my commentators yelping like little bitches, then showing back to back replays – doing his part to help the Bleus win the match.

Lloris’s performance was a 5 star.
