Clean sheet (and win) for the superb Lloris

Yesterday, Hugo Lloris picked up his 8th clean sheet of the EPL season against Southampton at the Lane after helping the team to secure a 1-0 victory.

The first half was all Lloris as he made an important save to deny the Saints and keep his team in the game. When Bale scored the lone winning goal late in the game, pure joy and relief washed over the goalie’s face. He was the Man of the Match for me.

Hugo brought his A game and I know I might be a little repetitive, but Spurs should be lucky to have secured his services. He’s an awesome goalie! Also, the most effective keeper sweeper in the Premier League: 42 of them this season.

Check out this world class save:

My heart simply beats football.
