Lloris back in goal for Spurs in the Europa

“We have a style with a lot of short passes and therefore any mistake can be a big opportunity for the opponents.”

– Hugo Lloris

Spurs won 1-0 over Partizan Belgrade last evening at the White Hart Lane thanks to Benjamin Stambouli scoring his first goal for Spurs (Soldado assisted). Hugo Lloris was back in goal after his suspension and although he was hardly tested throughout the match, he delivered once he was called upon. Lloris made several key saves to deny the opposition, but the one he made in the 85′ was sublime and the most talked about after the match!

See that spectacular save here:

Spurs are through to the round of 16 in the Europa.

My heart simply beats football.
