Lloris the Man as Spurs hold United at the Lane

“Hugo is one of the best keepers in the world, it’s nothing new.”

– Mauricio Pochettino

Hugo Lloris came up HUGE for Spurs against Manchester United at the Lane. The goalie frustrated United and made some very decent saves. Right now, I have no words to describe his performance. Let’s just say had it not been for him, Spurs would have lost 3/4-0.

Spurs are now unbeaten in their last 5 matches against United.

Lloris was a Trending Topic on Twitter:

And this is my save of the match:

It says a lot when your goalie is awarded the BT Sport’s Man of the Match award. He can’t be single handedly saving his team’s skin almost every game. He surely deserves better. Much better than what he’s getting at the moment.

STAT ATTACK!

Hugo Lloris is the goalkeeper who made the most saves in the Premier League this season.

Well, there you have it.
