Hugo Lloris - Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal - Premier League

Spurs came from behind to beat Arsenal 2-1 at the Lane and I am darn proud of their fighting spirit.  They showed what I’ve been saying all along about applying themselves, so yes, I’m proud of them.

Ozil had given Arsenal a head start in the 11th minute when Giroud flicked a ball onto his path and he made no mistake in beating Lloris.

Down 1-0 at half-time, Spurs led the fight back when the whistle went for the second half. Kane drew his side level in the 56th minute when Ospina failed to palm Lamela’s corner out of danger.

Soon after that levelled goal, Welbeck almost put Arsenal back in front, but Lloris denied him at full stretch. Kane claimed his 22nd goal in all competitions from a Bentaleb cross.

2-1 the final score. Harry Kane, take a bow. You’ve been impressive from the start! Keep that form up.
