Merci Lloris!

Football can be cruel.

Captain Hugo Lloris gave 100% for his team and country in the Euro 2016 tournament. He was one of the main reason France had reached the final… only to fall to Portugal. His disappointment and heartbreak cannot be summed up. To play at home in front of your people and lost is extremely hard to take, but Les Bleus should hold their heads up in triumph. Just for bringing hope, joy, and smiles to millions of French people, this was already victorious.

Only time will tell of this excellent goalie will eventually win a final.

Merci Lloris.

Hugo Lloris is Player of the Month!

Hugo Lloris was voted Spurs Player of the Month for August. Take it away, Oogie!

Lloris was superb in the month of August, keeping 3 clean sheets for Spurs (1 in the Europa and 2 in the EPL). To date, he has kept 15 clean sheets for Spurs in all competitions.

Wished I could have won that signed canvas!

Anyway, congrats Lloris on a fine job done. You’re the goalie with the most.

Lyon the Champs, Lloris the Hero

Lyon drew 2-2 then went on to win 4-2 in the Trophee des Champs tournament, thanks to Lloris for those two wonderful saves he pulled off to help the team. Although Yoann Gourcuff got the MVP award – and I am super proud of my Gourky – Lloris was the MOTM for me.

Also it was said that Lloris will remain with Lyon this saison.
