Lloris is said to be strongly contended to start the game against Sheriff tomorrow in the Europa League.

Meanwhile, Tottenham coach, Andre Villas-Boas stands by his decision to keep Lloris on the pitch and insisted:

‘I stand by the decision I took and I stand by the decision made by my medical staff. They did everything by the book,

‘A couple of people used this as an opportunity to get some publicity. They have no experience on the pitch of these situations.”

He also remarked that Lukaku could have prevented the collision, saying:

‘I don’t want to question Lukaku because he is a good young player. But I think he could have jumped over Hugo [Lloris],’

Believe me, AVB, I sort of wondered the same thing too. ^^

*/* UPDATE */*:

Hugo Lloris has been passed fit for the League game against Sheriff tomorrow, but AVB said that he will make the decision which goalie (Lloris or Brad) to start an hour before the game.
